Stephanie Burnett, MPT

Director of Physical Therapy


Stephanie Burnett is a Physical Therapist, clinical director of our Kinsman facility, and has been with Action Physical Therapy for over 15 years.


Stephanie completed her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University. In 2007, she continued her education to become and Assistive Technology Professional, She is continuing to enhance her physical therapy techniques by taking various continuing education classes focusing in orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, ImPact Concussion training and assistive technology training.


In her personal time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.




Dr. Patrick Bornemiss PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy


Patrick graduated from Youngstown State University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2019.  Patrick has clinical experience in the outpatient, skilled nursing, home health, and assisted living settings.  He enjoys working in the outpatient setting the most due to the wide variety of patient populations seen on a daily basis.  As a clinican, he prioritizes individualizing a person's plan of care to help them reach their goals.  Outside of work, Patrick enjoys working out, grilling, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife Allie and their dogs Benny and Thomas.  



Tyler Landfried, PTA

Floor Supervisor


Tyler graduated from Penn State Shenango in 2019 with an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. He enjoys working with all patient populations. In his free time he enjoys golfing, hiking and spending time with his wife, family and friends.


Mandy Flynn, PTA


Mandy is a 2011 Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant graduate of Penn State University, Shenango Campus. She has been a part of the Action Physical Therapy family since she graduated.  She fell into the career of physical therapy and considers it a “happy accident” finding a field she enjoys so much. She strives to help her patient’s return to a pain free life, and in the meantime, entertains them with her lack of singing skills during their appointment. 


Mandy was raised in Howland, but now resides in the Geneva area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, off-roading in a Jeep, traveling, and anything related to sun, sand, surf and the late great Jimmy Buffett.



Kailey Williams, PTA


Kailey graduated from Penn State Shenango in 2023 with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She enjoys working with all patient populations. In her free time she enjoys riding her horse, spending time with her friends and family, and spending time outdoors.
