Dr. Robert Cameron PT, DPT

Bobby is a two-time graduate from Youngstown State University, graduating with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2014. As a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School in 2010, Bobby became interested in the field of Physical Therapy after rehabbing a few injuries throughout his time as a high school athlete.


As a clinician, Bobby uses principles from popular treatment methods (McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland), Dry Needling, and joint manipulation, as appropriate, to create an individualized plan of care for his patients. Bobby is comfortable working with patients of all ages and functional levels, and will always adjust the intensity of treatment based on the patient's goals.


In their free time, Bobby and his wife, Courtney, enjoy attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with their families.


Dr. Hunter Sheehan, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy


Hunter earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in August 2025 and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Youngstown State University in 2021.


With a commitment to evidence-based care, Hunter has experience treating a diverse range of patients. This includes high school and college athletes striving to return to sport and geriatric patients focused on gaining or maintaining mobility, along with a range of ages and conditions in between. His experience also spans pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as non-surgical treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Hunter is passionate about empowering patients to achieve their goals through personalized exercise programs and education.


Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active with his fiancé, training their dog Bleu, and engaging in outdoor pursuits such as hunting, fishing, and sports.


Dr. Anthony Schiraldi, PT, DPT, CIDN

Anthony graduated from Youngstown State University in May of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctorate degree in physical therapy. He also became certified in integrative dry needling in September of 2016.


Anthony specializes in manual therapy, including muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations/manipulations, neurodynamics, and mobilizations with movement. Anthony has also taken multiple courses to become proficient in functional movement screens and treating the body as a whole, not just a specific area.


Anthony worked in the athletic training room at Youngstown State University for 6 years prior to starting here at Action Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, Inc. This provided him with the hands-on experience of treating athletes and creating effective programs to help improve performance and prevent future injuries. In addition to having experience with athletes Anthony also has experience working in local nursing homes, rehab centers, and hospitals. This provided him with the experience of treating patients of all ages and pathologies.


Anthony currently lives in Columbiana, Ohio with his wife Kelcie and six children (Lena, Ava, Maria, Si, Raelah, and Cruz).

Bob Murphy, PT

Bob is one of two co-founders of Action Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Inc. Bob embraces the concept of evidence-based medicine. In treating physical therapy patients, he draws upon current research, to incorporate scientifically validated methods into his daily practice.


Early in his career, Bob focused a portion of his treatment efforts to help rehabilitate athletes with various sports injuries as well as a patient population with neurological issues such as Cerebral Vascular Accident, Cerebral Palsy and Traumatic Brain Injuries.  


Bob earned his licensure as a Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) in 1987 from Penn State University, Shenango Campus.  In 1992, Bob went on to graduate and obtain licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh.  He also holds a certification in the John Barnes Technique for Myofascial Release.


Bob and his wife, Kristine, live in the Hubbard area and have two sons named Brian and Dylan.  They are proud to have their company be a part of the community in which they reside.


Breanna Hull, PTA

Floor Supervisor


Breanna is a 2011 graduate from Boardman High School and a 2020 graduate from Penn State Shenango’s PTA program. In her free time, Breanna enjoys hiking in Mill Creek Park with her husband and two German Shepards. She also enjoys family dinners on Sundays.



Matthew Lubonovic, PTA


Matt is a graduate of Kent State University's PTA program and Newton Falls high school. In his free time Matt enjoys hiking and going to sporting events. Matt loves being apart of a patient's journey to a full recovery.



Jonathan Husted, PTA


Jon is a graduate from Mineral Ridge High School in the class of 2003 where he played baseball for the Rams. He followed high school with continuing his education at Penn State University-Shenango, graduating with an associates degree of applied science from their PTA program. He enjoys walking in Mill Creek park with his wife and children, as well as golfing and fishing in his free time. You can’t go wrong striking up a sports conversation with him, especially about Ohio State athletics, the Cavs, the Browns or Cleveland baseball. 


Chelsey Black, PTA


Chelsey graduated from Hubbard High School in 2014 and from Penn State Shenango in 2021. Her interests in physical therapy began back in 2012 when she tore her ACL at the first track meet of her sophomore season and continued on through 2016 when she tore the same one again.


While rehabbing after both surgeries here at Action, she quickly fell in love with the field and knew it was what she wanted to do. “The amazing therapists here helped change my life with how much they cared about me and my progress, and it made me want to help change the lives of my patients as well.”


In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts with her fiance and searching for beach glass along Lake Erie. Chelsey enjoys making all sorts of projects with her cricut.

Tiffany Miller, PTA


Tiffany graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2010 and graduated from Penn State Shenango Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree in 2013. Tiffany enjoys working with a lot of different kinds of patients from orthopedics to neuro and has worked in many different settings.  


In her free time Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, son, dog and family. Tiffany enjoys spending time outdoors, playing piano and crafting.
